Here’s how it works. We scan your provided mold to create a 3D
digital model. Using our software tools we sculpt the insole to conform precisely to the required fit. Once the file is ready we use our high-speed carver to create the insole form, which is then finished with a topcover. Our typical turn-around is from 7 to 10 days—that’s it.

Ultimately, it’s about the patient’s comfort and fit of the insole—which
is assured by our onsite pedorthotist—and that’s the bottom line.
